Hello Sedona girls - as requested, I have created a blog for us to use to share stories, fun and inspiration with one another beyond the "walls" of our gym. We can each, anytime we want, author a post to this blog about anything we think will be of interest to the others - so don't be shy - we want to hear from you!! In addition to authoring posts to the blog, each of us can add comments to any post - this creates a dialog and is really fun to read. I hope we will all take advantage of this cool technology and share from our hearts and lives...
